Return and refund policy

Hollar Boyz Racing merchandise is made to order through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us at nicksadie08@icloud.com if an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or not what you ordered.

Because normal merchandise is produced after the order is placed, we cannot guarantee returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, or customer-entered address errors. If there is a problem with your order, contact us first before sending anything back. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

If a return or replacement is approved, we will provide instructions for where to send the item or how the issue will be handled. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
